Well from my understanding this seciton is to post reviews not to beg for a gig but what the hell!
The date is 20th september 1999, it was a fu?king sunny day in London and it was all happening, im pulling into Paddington station and i see this rainbow, but wait this is a double rainbow and that set the tone for the evening! It was set to be off the hook
We turned up at the spot about 7pm and got in line, it was openning just as we got there, standing in line there was this dude looking dodgy as fu?k selling some weed i think his eyes looked fu?ked to, so we went in, they seaarch use, I was 15 and though they were gonna ask for ID and sh!t lol but anyway we get in there and they sent us up the stairs to the fu?king seating bit, they had tables and sh!t so we all sat down and grabbed a few beers, some guy called Telvin Cambell was supporting T i didnt hear of him before and still dont know who he is but he was alrite, then I reliased that we should be down stairs and closer to the fu?king stage
So we wonder around for a while, got lost i think (5 year memory not so good) and we got in there, T was just about to come on stage I think this was around 9:30 / 10 and he came out, it was off the fu?king hook, the set was most of they never saw me coming but it was dope, there were little changes cus it was live and some new jawns to that evening, it easily lasted for hour and a half of fu?king great music
We were leaving the spot after the lights came on etc, and as I was walking out they were selling this HUGE posters like 4x2foot they were 2.50£ haha cheap as fu?k so i copped two and it just made my evening
Had to get home after that tho we wanted to party in London but i don't think my mums would have liked that hahaha
All in all a great night and now five years later im still waiting but i know when he comes back its gonna be just as fu?king good and better!
Just a taster for the UK peeps that havent had a chance to see him yet!
