My application for a new visa went in yesterday. Thank God that the guy handling my case is a TQ fan! I'm giving him some tix and he's gonna push this thing thru within the next 24 hrs... Once this goes thru, fingerz crossed, I will be able to make up Birmingham and any other show that I miss. Even if it causes me to stay longer... I'll keep u guys posted on the new developments and I'll post again when I get my flight info. Deal?

*PS... As far as Sykeone goes, although I'm not one to vouch for promoters, I can say that my shows are legit. I don't know what the problem is with their site but I a$sure u if u bought tickets they will be honored. I also know that there has been some shuffling of dates as of late and seemingly "double billing" at times when u look across all of the websites for dates. Do not worry. That's due to the fact that I'm just a hustla and some nites I'm doing more than one show in different locations. It's pretty easy to hit the stage at 10pm in one place, party 4 an hour, drive an hour or so to another location, and hit the stage again at 1 or 2am. Feel me? I'm the hardest working man in show biz!!!! LOL! Plus u gotta understand that I'm just as excited as u guys are. Most of u will be seeing me perform for the first time. I've only performed outside of London 2x. I've gone to see my squad at Old Trafford once. It's been London, Manchester and Dublin. That's all I've seen of the UK. This time I will see a lot more of it so I'm milking the situation! LOL!

Anyway it's just a heads up... Put ur trust in me. Don't worry about the promoters or the club owners, the Queen or anyone else LOL. AIN'T NOBODY GONNA STOP THIS sh!t FROM HAPPENING!!!! IF I GOTTA SPEND DAYS ON PLANES AND NITES IN DETENTION ROOMS THEN SO BE IT!!!!

I got an email from the syke people also. Show cancelled till 09. They even said rearranged to a city near you which i think implies it may be a different venue?? What the fu?k?
I tried to call em but their landline is down and their mobile number doesn't accpet calls from my net work so says the messaging service.
But i will take TQ's word for it. Wonder if he knows they are now promising free pre-show meet with him AND a free Paradice album?

I've not had an email yet (for the Livepool show), but it doesn't look good by the sounds of it.....I can pretty much guarantee people won't get refunds either!!

I got an email last night. This is what it said..

"It is with regret that we have to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances the ‘Sykeone Sessions Tour 2008’ featuring R&B superstar ‘TQ’ and being held at Liverpool’s ‘Baby Blue’ has unfortunately been postponed until early 2009.

Your tickets are not in any way affected and we wanted to clarify that the purchased tickets are still valid for shows in 2009. In addition, as an apology for any inconvenience this may cause, Sykeone Media will allow all affected VIP customers free ‘Premium Back Stage’ tickets for your re-arranged show. Premium Back Stage access allows the ticket holder to come to a special pre-show party to meet TQ personally and obtain as many pictures and autographs as you want on any TQ merchandise. Not only that, as a customer you will also receive a complimentary copy of the smash hit album ‘Paradise’ (with a RRP £16.49) free of charge by return mail!; a thank you for your continued business and patience."

And if that is true.. I'd say it is worth the wait..
