however i want everyone to know i am not dissing tq as a person, his soul or anything like that. personally i don't know tq so why/how can i judge the guy? i am just saying on a strictly musical level, this is some f@got trash and sucks some serious trey songz d!ck. Thats exactly what you are doing.. any artist will tell u music is a reflection of themselves, what they feel.. all that. Everything u post is tearing his new material apart.. now, it's probably not gonna have any effect on him.. but for real.. dont hide what your doing.. its disrespectful to tear his work apart and then say your not dissing him. It is fine to have an opinion, but stand by it |

dudes getting down right insulting because he's stuck on music from the past and no one shares his opinions. Me and a couple mods talked and it's easier to just ban the kid then to listen and respond to his constant rants.
If you remember not long ago he set TQ off over his bull. So He's got a temp ban until he matures a lil bit and learns to respect everyone elses opinions.

I totally agree, music has evolved since the days of TNSMC & TSC, and although them albums still sound absolutely awesome compared to todays music, TQ's style has evolved from that & has managed to maintain the sound we all like to hear from him, the real sh!t he sings about. Listen, Paradise & Gemini are brilliant albums in there own unique way, if everything since day 1 was the same as TNSMC, im sure people would really be sick of that by now!

hey absinthe, if that loser had no effect on you, why did you just edit your post which, for everyone's reference, talked about how this new tq song sounds like some usher club track.
it seems to me that you are covering your tracks in order to keep tq happy. just a thought.

I said it sounded like a new smash Usher track or something... why do I need to cover that up? Is that a bad thing? I just deleted all the retarded posts and responses. honestly I didnt feel like reading my own post and editing it because 90% of it wasnt relevant. So I just left the last line which seemed somewhat relevant and I didnt have to edit it. pure laziness. no other reason. Tell bishop we say hi.

Man the lyrics are pretty tight, but I ain't feelin the beat. The reason I love TQ is because he sticks to originality. I think it's alright for him 2 put one beat like this on is new album but that's it. I wanna hear TQ Music! There's one question I want everyone to ask themselves on here. DOES THIS BEAT SOUND LIKE IT'S FROM COMPTON?! I'm not hatin on this song cause I actually like it, but I like it the same way I like a occasional comercial artist, not like a TQ song.

Honestly, the beat is a whole lot more original than the lyrics to me. Like I said before: this might be the first club track from TQ that I like As long as it pleases my ears, I'm happy with the song. Would I want the whole album to sound like this? No. I want more substance. One song from TQ that I listen to like it's from an occasional commercial artist (or however you put it) is "Get Up Stand Up", but that's more because of the beat and the way TQ used his voice than because of the lyrical content. |

yea I'm from Ohio, and proud of it! Mr. Denmark. Get on youtube and watch Pablo Francisco. It's the one where he talks about Extacy (the drug). It's hilarious it's got those sounds that they techno on there. All of it runs together and sounds like a neverending noise. lol. Anway yea I've listened to Cali music all my life and it's the best music ever made along with those 5 true thugs from Cleveland! U.S.A. N the house!

I think its a really good song...credit to the man for trying something different...at the end of the day its still got sick lyrics, sick vocals and a sick beat so im happy with what im hearing. Where are those trumpets though T?? lol
