I was already wondering myself about your post with the big "So So Def" and the smily. ;D Well I think that every label in the south isn´t good for him.

I was already wondering myself about your post with the big "So So Def" and the smily. ;D lol Why is that? I just think he needs a label that gives him the proper promotion. Cash Money promoted the fu?k out of him, they only forgot to drop his album

I don´t think that CMR promoted him good. They made same songs where he could sing the chorus and that´s it. They didn´t promote his album and at least they didn´t promote him.

Although i dont think that Cash Money were that good i felt that they did promote him by puttin him on nearly all new releases from Cash Money artists especially the Big Tymers, Baby and Lil Wayne who all have larger fanbases and more radio play, and by doin that they were lettin people here him. They also got him workin with R Kelly in an attempt to get him more mainstream.
It was only towards the end when Keep it on the low didnt take off that they seemed to begin to ignore him, and signed Teena Marie, and were not pushin him or the album as mush as before.

Cash Money put him all over the'r albums and Cash Money took him everywhere. When Big Tymers was on TV, TQ was with them. When Big Tymers performed, TQ was with them. It was always Baby, Mannie, Wayne & TQ. Everywhere. I don't know what happened now you don't see him anywhere. And when he was about to drop keepitonthelow he was in every magazine that month and on every website with interviews and sh!t. He was out of the public eye for so long he was like a new artist again. When his next album drops, he will have the "new Artist" status because it's been since 1998 since he had an album out. Most these kids barely recognize his name. All though alot of the older people know the song Westside even alot of them dont remember who sang it. It's not like one of the record companies can say "look, here's TQ he's got a new album" and then all the magazines are gonna put him on the cover and all the stations are gonna play it like they would if they said it was "Usher" or "Ginuwine". Tq will have to drop a new chart topping album before he gets the props he deserves in the industry.
