Gotta make some playlists for a party me and my housemates are having. We're tryin to have different types of musics for different rooms and I need to make ones with R&B and Rap music, but im kind of drawing a blank at the moment. It needs to be reasonably modern (prob 97 onwards), and popular stuff that people will recognise, so i thought u guys might be able to help with this. To give an example of whats on the list already, for R&B ive got stuff like Stutters by Joe and Pony by Genuiwine. Basically stuff thats smooth and fun. The rap list has stuff like Hotel by Ca$sidy and Bad Intentions by Dr Dre. I remeber these tracks bein popular when they came out, but you dont here those alot now. Any help with this would be appreciated. Just drop the names of tracks you reckon would suit the playlists. The more songs the better, im sure u guys will know quite a few

Ok, i like stunnas choices, but i'd put wonderful for the r'n'b room, duno why, then have New York by Ja playing in the rap room! Just a thought, they're both good, they can both be in the rap room!
City High - What would you do? (I heard this on the radio recently, i like it, it's out a good while now though) Nelly - Country Grammar, Ride With Me X-zibit - X, Paparrazi Luniz - I got 5 On It
My genre definition is, well, not good to say the least, but i heard all these recently and they still sounded good, maybe because i haven't heard them in a while, or maybe because i liked them, either way, they might work for the party!

i dont know if people will recognise this track easily but i was thinking Arrested Development - Honeymoon Day. I suppose Everyday People would be good cause it is fun and recognisable but Honeymoon Day is a bit more smooth. You have to have Run DMC as well.

Thanks guys, from the ones people suggested im gonna try and include Wonderful, What Would You Do, X & I've Got 5 On It.
Definatly gonna include some Run Dmc, still stuck for which song. I got a shortlist of King of Rock, Its Tricky, Rock Box and Its Like That.
What do you guys reckon bout havin Ugly by Bubba Sparxxx. I personally loved that song, but I cant remember how popular it was.
Keep em' coming if you can

It's tricky is a personal favourite of mine by RUN DMC, but it's like that is also a good song!
