Virgil "Turk" Tab, a member The Hot Boys, has been charged with attempted 1st degree murder. Police officers serving an arrest warrant at a Memphis,
TN apartment were greeted with gunfire. One officer was shot in the neck & another was shot in the mouth, hip & leg. Tab, 22, is being held in lieu of $1 million dollars bond.
Mystikal was sentenced to 6 years in prison for sexual a$sault and extortion
Ronald "Spigg Nice" Blackwell, a member of rap group The Lost Boyz, was sentenced to 37 years in prison for his participation in a series of bank robberies in NJ. A jury found that between Dec. 2000 & Apr. 2002, Blackwell & three others committed 10 robberies. Blackwell was ordered to pay $994,478 in joint restitution.

Legendary soul singer James Brown was arrested today on a charge of criminal domestic violence and was booked at the Aiken County detention center at about 1 p.m., said Lt. Nicholas Gallam, a supervisor at the jail.
Shortly before 1 p.m., Mr. Brown was taken to a tarp-covered sally port at the jail and escorted inside by Aiken County sheriff's deputies.
He faces a 3 p.m. bond hearing before Aiken County Magistrate Danny Lynn, Lt. Gallam said.
