u need to pick up this album the whole cd is bangin. im not a big jay z fan, but he has my respect and this album is gonna be a cla$sic and its susposed to be his last. but i suggest u pick it up!

as for the album? cla$sic maybe. but not cla$sic as in being a great album. cause there are too many skip tracks. beginning to end my a$s.

change clothes= trash

dirt off your shoulder is a hot beat but i can't stand timbo's sh!t.

justify my thug= trash

allure= is alright but skippable for me. the rest of the track is alright.

the only hot joints on there are dec 4, what more can i say? and lucifer. my first song, moment of clarity and 99problems are hot too. but the rest is not even close.

kanye did best production wise with lucifer and encore. just blaze came off really good to my surprise on dec 4. and although em uses the same ba$sline that he uses every track moment of clarity is nice. 9th wonder did great anyway. neptunes joints and quik's ish are the worst 3 on the album. i don't think the album should be a cla$sic at all. there is nothing new about it, no originality and it ain't gone nowhere special lyrically. i've seen and heard it all before.
my boy from ny told me about the hype over there and of course all over the place and i knew about it and i can definately say that the black album ain't living up to it's hype. it's a disappointment in my eyes. it's hot but not all that.

I think that Jay-z is a cla$s rapper, way above most of the rest, and i've have all his albums. However i have to say that this album has disappointed me, maybe its because the blueprint 2 was so hot, or that some of the tracks are sh!t.

The timbaland produced dirt off my shoulder, and eminems moment of clarity, along with my first song and 99 problems which contains the best verse on the album stand out as the tight tracks.

December 4th, What more do you want, justify my thug and change clothes are just average, and the rest are very poor by jay-z standards.
