My lil review.

1. Paradise featuring Krayzie Bone (Great song, great beat. Great guest appearance, although a lil short. RIP Static)

2. Soulja (I def like the original demo version waaay better but this beat is still boss.)

3. In My Lap (So many mixed reviews of this track. Its for the clubbers. If you dont know then you dont like I guess)

4. Sexy (What? The production is a 5, the singing is a 5, the theme is a 5. All around perfect track and single. Dirty dirty lyrics)

5. WhatChaGonDo? (Love the flow of this track. Def a fav by me)

6. Proud Mary (To be honest I love the weed songs, but this wasnt as good as I had hoped. Maybe I had too high of expectations but its still worth listening to.)

7. Ain't The Same (This might of taken over the #1 slot as my favorite TQ song of all time. I'll wait before guaranteeing this... but right now it is.. Should be the next single after Sexy.)

8. Pumpin featuring Cadillac & Low (sick flow, samples that ol school 70's gangsta R&B combined with the unique TQ flow. Not one of my favorites of the album, but this album is loaded with perfect songs...)

9. Ebony Eyes (Nice lil love song. not that into this type of track but its good.)

10. I Don't Know featuring Jagged Edge (I wasnt expecting this song to be as good as it is. Although Im a fan of Jagged Edge, they usually dont have too many tracks that make a 5 in my book.)

11. A Little Bit of Love (You know TQ gotta have that strggle, feel good, "Better Days", "Until" type track to top off his album. TQ delivers as usual.)

12. Paradise RMX featuring B.G. (What can i say? I'm a B.G. fan. Perfect guest appearance for a perfect song.)

Overall I think this album is the best album released since his debut "They Never Saw Me Coming". Although the songs dont follow the same theme as TNSMC, they definately hold true to the cla$sic TQ style and what you would expect and want to hear. My only complaint is there could have been a couple more songs added.

It a little bit early for me to do this yet but im gonna do it anyways since Im bored right now.

1. Paradise (Lyrics are great, but i dont like the beat. Krayzies verse should have been longer and maybe he could have done one for the beginning of the song as well.) 1/2

2. Soulja (one of my favourites of the album, old school TQ lyrics with a nice beat and great rap from Mikkey)

3. In My Lap (This song should have never made its way to the album.)

4. Sexy (Its nice to get a dirty song from TQ, really sexy song. Lyrics and beat are great. A bit too repeative though) 1/2

5. WhatChaGonDo? (Reminds a lot like Used To, same theme. Nice song flow is great lyrics are on the point..aint nothing wrong with it)

6. Proud Mary (Im not too crazy about weed songs and this makes no difference. One of my least fav. songs of the album. Not bad but once again too repeative.) :)1/2

7. Aint The Same ( My fav. One of the few TQ love songs that i absolutely loooove. Everything is perfect in this song.)

8. Pumpin (This is very different style of TQ song. One of my favourites of the album. This is kind of Pimp song..lol. Once again TQ's flow in on point and lyrics are just awsome. Guest appareaces are decent, aint nothing wrong with em but not anything special either.)

9. Ebony Eyes (Ive been listening this song a lot lately, just to see if it will grow on me... And it has started to, its just a little bit boring) 1/2

10. I Dont Know (It took a while from me to actually start liking this song. Its not even near as being as good as I Remember, but then again its totally different type of song. The lyrics on this song are nothing special, as a matter of fact a bit dissapointing, TQ can do so much better than putting all the love song cliches together. LOL) 1/2

11. A Little Bit Of Love (Great song but once again a bit too repeative.)

12. Paradise RMX (I prefer this to a original. B.G.'s rap is the best guest appareance on the album. Love this track.) 1/2

Over all another great album from mr. T. Some of the tracks are just too damn repeative. I wouldnt call it cla$sic but way above average.

1. Paradise featuring Krayzie Bone Good song, but it got old for me very quickly. Even though Krayzie Bone is my favorite rapper, he wasn't shining on this track. I skip it sometimes. 3.5/5

2. Soulja Great lyrics, great performance, great beat, great guest appearance! 5/5

3. In My Lap Garbage a$s beat. TQ sounds like a bad actor. Probably my least favorite TQ song. 1/5

4. Sexy Pff... Other R&B artists should take note cause this is the way to do R&B... 5/5

5. WhatChaGonDo? As Jebu said, this song reminds me of Used To. Good theme, good production. 4.5/5

6. Proud Mary In the beginning I wasn't feeling the vocoder stuff (I take it it's not the talkbox?), but this song grew on me like crazy! 5/5

7. Ain't The Same Good song. Up there with Sexy! 5/5

8. Pumpin featuring Cadillac & Low This is my song! I love the flow, the beat and the lyrics. TQ wasn't lying when he said that Lac & Low rip it! Especially Lac! 5/5

9. Ebony Eyes Meh, could have been on Gemini. It's good, but I tend to skip this one because other songs are so good. 3/5

10. I Don't Know featuring Jagged Edge Good follow up to "I Remember". 4.5/5

11. A Little Bit of Love Conscious lyrics, melodic song. I like how TQ flipped that New Edition song. 4.5/5

12. Paradise RMX featuring B.G. We've known the song for a year now and I think it's safe for me to say that this is one of the best songs in TQ's catalog. 5/5


Overall I think this is a better album than Gemini and Listen, but the problem with this album is -I think- that it doesn't feel like an album. Some songs are absolutely up there with They Never Saw Me Coming, but if it had a slightly different tracklist, then it would have been up there with They Never Saw Me Coming as a whole.

Also, I never thought much of Deezle as a producer, but (apart from In My Lap) on this album he showed that he actually makes dope beats. He surprised me in a positive way, just as TQ did on songs like Paradise Remix, Pumpin, Sexy and Proud Mary!
