Subject: The "Gemini" Finally...

Wuzzup to all my peeps! I'm FINALLY about to officially drop my long awaited "Gemini" Album... This is the one that will complete your collection! I've been getting requests for this Album for years now, but I had to clear all the red tape. This is the album that I recorded while I was with Cash Money around 2003. It features Lil Wayne, The Big Tymers, Mikkey Halsted, Gilly the Kid and Jagged Edge with production by Mannie Fresh and R. Kelly. I've also put on 3 new songs including the new single, "Hotgirl" and digitally remastered the whole thing! Due to the nature of how we release Indie records these days, I'm not gonna put up the release date just yet, but I will soon. Expect to be able to buy the single mid February and the Album in Late March... I'll be putting up snippets leading up to the release and I'll also be blogging about the story behind these songs and this album in general. It's a TQ Collector's item and I'm sure you'll love the blogs... Stay tuned!

Looking forward to this... I'm guessing the Wayne feature is Ghetto? The others like Mikkey and Gilly might be the Gotta Get Better Than This or w/e it's called? Just throwing out some ideas...

At least there's some new songs, other wise im not sure i'd be tempted...i wonder if keep it on the low will be on it this time..i know a lot of people dont like it but i think its alrite.

I think the song or songs with Mikkey and Gillie are new. GGBTT was a mixtape joint. The Big Tymers might also be on a joint we haven't heard before, unless it's "Gimme Some". The fact that TQ said R. Kelly produced on it makes me think KIOTL is on here (unfortunately). |

Yea I was thinking Keep It On The Low was gonna be on there because of the R. Kelly mention... I hope that it's a new track w/ Mikkey and Gilly... I really doubt that they'll recycle Gimme Some for his album but you never know... The GGBTT release was never a mastered version (at least I don't htink) so it might be the mastered version (i'm hoping I'm wrong)

I hope I'm wrong but I'm gonna say possibly the JE feature being "I Remember" Hope it's something new though There will be three new songs: one of them is called "HotGirl" and the other two feature The Big Tymers, Gillie Da Kid and Mikkey Halsted. Of course the Jagged Edge track is "I Remember"  It was a "Gemini" track in the first place. |

i liked keep it on the low. i remember should be the 'dirty' version, but i think it was released on here a while ago?
are these new ones gonna be ones no one has heard, or are they gonna be the ones that were really on gemini, that a select few already have?
either way, i'm not too bothered, as it'd be good to have a proper copy of it.
is it gonna be like paradise though, in that us overseas have to struggle to get it?

the version of I Remember on Gemini is dirtier than the one on the like mike soundtrack or released on thugpoetry.com a few years back. The chorus and some other lyrics cuss more.
Keep in mind TQ recorded a ton of tracks for Gemini. Right before Listen came out T leaked an advance copy of Gemini to some select people, some of the songs got released on Listen. so when he did the digital version he threw a bunch of 'alternate' songs on it... and im sure he left a few off to release later down the road...
