Tracks that didn't make 'Kind of Blue'

According to the old confirmed tracks list and some interviews with TQ there were going to be a number of tracks on the album that didn't make it. They were:

California
fu?k U. Pay Me
Cupid Shuffle
Gangsta (w/Jazze Pha)

I was particularly looking forward to Gangsta to hear T reunited with Jazze Pha! So, what do people think? Will we ever hear these tracks? I know TQ has an excellent track record of giving us his unreleased tracks in the past...

Gangsta is actually with T-Hud & Jazze Pha and it's for the Mid-West album. Not to be confused with the other song he renamed Don't Tell.
